❕ When Commissioning me, you are agreeing to this TOS once payment is sent and work begins. ❕

You can: Post and show artwork online or in person. You are allowed to refer friends or family to me! No need to ask. Please credit and display my username ( @211m4gn3__ on twt ) OR link one of my socials for credit on PFPs or banners!! For personal use or in chats, you do not need to credit unless asked!
You are allowed to do light aesthetic edits or crops on my artwork. Things like color filters, stickers, text, and cropping for PFPs or banners is allowed! Please let me know if you'd like me to make a cropped version made of your commission! I'd be happy to do such for you and ensure my signature or watermark is visible. If not, it is still ok! I have hidden watermarks throughout all my commissioned pieces.You cannot: Lay claim to, sell, or heavily and maliciously manipulate artwork and finished pieces. You are not permitted to remove watermarks and signatures as I instead prefer talking to you directly and meeting a shared agreement over watermark and signature visibility.Please ask me if you: Plan to, or want to physically print and/or display my artwork for personal use.For NSFW artwork, new clients must prove to be OVER 18 when commissioning NSFW artwork! Please do such by showing a birth year in reliable contexts (censored ID, confirmed birth date on Paypal or other apps.)
Returning clients or personal friends of mine will not have to do this!
If you we have a mutual friend, they can vouch for you!
Additionally, I will do certain fetish and kink content. I am okay with any kinks, just not the questionable and 'icky' kinds.
If I were to bend a rule for one NSFW piece, I expect to be paid an additional fee. I, however, refuse to do anything with loli, shota, minors, or furry work. Sorry!
refund policy [WIP]
You cannot get a refund if it has been more than a week after the delivery and completion of a finished piece. This is to prevent fraud and scams on my end.
You are also ineligible for a refund if I have found you have broken my TOS.
Additionally, you cannot get a refund or cancel the commission once the coloring and/or shading process has begun. This is because of the time, effort, and/or resources put into my artwork before these processes and steps.You can get a refund if you have found issues with the piece, and do not take my offers for me to adjust, change, or even redo the piece for you. I aim to provide the piece YOU want to see and I will do my best and all to deliver something both I am proud of and you enjoy.Line art/Sketch commission types can be eligible for a refund under certain circumstances such as, but not limited to; Refund is requested before approx. 70% of work is done. Refund is requested 1 to 3 days after project is finished due to disliking of work delivered. Again, please allow me to make any adjustments or changes for you if I offer it and you are comfortable with it. I wish to give you the best work I can with the quality you deserve, and a piece you love and enjoy.For any other questions, about refund eligibility if you truly have an issue worth looking over and discussing.[ THIS SECTION IS A WORK IN PROGRESS. ]
